Anthony Bourdain is recognized as one of the most influential celebrity chefs in recent times. Though he was known for traveling the world in search of weird and wonderful deliveries, Bourdain actually hailed from New Jersey.

His home state is paying tribute to the food phenomenon who tragically passed away in June of 2018 by opening an “Anthony Bourdain Food Trail” in his memory.
