Calling all sugar-fiends: Ohio just unveiled a candy trial and it will have your mouth watering.
The Miami County Visitors & Convention Bureau recently announced an official Ohio Buckeye Candy Trail. It will take visitors to 31 sweet shops across the state, all of which are located in some of the state’s most charming small towns and bustling cities.

The route starts in Cincinnati before winding its way to Dayton and along to Bowling Green. You’ll then be taken to the Columbus area for a smorgasbord of candy shops before venturing out to Cambridge, Walnut Creek, Ashland, Canton, Youngstown, and along Lake Erie. The trail ends in Cleveland.
The trail celebrates Ohio’s most beloved candy – the buckeye. Named for their resemblance to buckeye tree nuts, these chocolate-dipped peanut butter fudge balls are a decadent reason to plan a sugary road trip across Ohio.
