If you’ve been craving some nature time and need a break from it all, Go Ape is the perfect opportunity to unleash your inner wild child. If you want to swing and climb in the trees like Tarzan, you’re in for a treat. Go Ape is a treetop zip line adventure park in Plano that offers plenty of fun in the sun. Since it’s located in a woodsy area, you’ll have lots of shade from the scorching heat, plus being surrounded by trees makes for a relaxing, yet exciting experience.
Doesn't this look like the best way to spend an afternoon? It’s well worth the money spent, too, because each course takes around two or three hours to finish. They have zip lines as well as obstacle courses so you will never get bored.
This may look a little scary, but the beautiful fall colors can help distract you from being 30 feet off the ground. You’ll go through some obstacle courses first before getting to the zip lines, but this makes for great practice if you have a fear of heights.
It may look intimidating, but it's all mind over matter. You’ll have to cross bridges and test your balance, but don’t worry; a harness is worn at all times for your safety.
What a wonderful way for Dad and daughter to bond in the great outdoors. While there is no age restriction, but you must be at least 4 feet 7 inches to participate.
Go Ape is open during any type of weather, and as you probably already know, Texas weather can change at any moment, so bring some layers like a hoodie or jacket to stay warm.
