Ronnie's is one of the most unique barbecue joints in Texas because it still uses direct-heat cooking, a dying method that involves burning oak logs down to coals. Whatever you do, don't pass up the smoked turkey - it absorbs the flavor of the fatty pork ribs cooked alongside it, and it'll practically melt in your mouth. Fat Boy Burgers had one mission back in 2007: to create the best burger. With their love for the craft and the finest ingredients (Braveheart Black Angus Beef) combined, I think it's safe to say they're well on their way.
