New SeaWorld Ride Will Be The Tallest Wooden Roller Coaster In Texas

Since 1988, SeaWorld San Antonio has been the premier aquatic park in Texas. It's only getting better this year with the introduction of an unprecedented new attraction.

Set to open next month, the Texas Stingray will be the tallest, fastest, and longest wooden roller coaster in the state. Its location will be across from the new Turtle Reef exhibit between Orca Stadium and the Rio Loco river rapids ride.

Texas Stingray will feature a 100-foot drop in addition to a whopping 15 airtime hills. It will also reach top speeds of 55 miles per hour.

If the Stingray is anything like SeaWorld's other rides, rest-assured it'll offer the experience of a lifetime. From 360-degree loops to zero gravity drops, these coasters are the real deal.

Another park attraction you can't miss is Stingray Falls, a thrilling slide that takes riders into an underwater aquarium. It's the only attraction of its kind on Earth!

There are also several animal encounters available, including a dolphin swim, penguin interaction, stingray feed, and many more activities. It doesn't get much better than a full day of rides, games, meeting sea creatures, and good old-fashioned family fun.
