We take our chicken-fried steak pretty seriously here in Texas, and only the best will do. Hiding in the small town of Buffalo, The Pharm Restaurant in Buffalo knows exactly how CFS should be done: it’s crispy on the outside, tender and juicy as can be on the inside, and the gravy is served separately in a huge bowl.
