If you want to make this spooky season your most frightening one yet, a trip to Houston Scream Fest is in order. More than just a haunted house, the city’s largest Halloween attraction is a full-blown amusement park of horrors that will make your blood turn cold. From a maze filled with chainsaw-wielding madmen to a carnival midway where creepy clowns lurk in the shadows, Houston Scream Fest is the best place in Texas to get scared this Halloween.
The largest Halloween attraction in the city, Houston Scream Fest isn't your average haunted house.
It's a full-blown amusement park of horrors, and you'll be dying to visit once you see all of the frightening fun waiting inside.
Five separate haunted houses take you through a chainsaw maze, graveyard, sanitarium, castle of doom, and the house of La Llorona, the crying woman from the infamous Mexican urban legend.
It's here where you'll find a food court that sells adult beverages, which are included in the price of your ticket - so get your fangs out and slurp up some bloody delicious cocktails!
The park will be open Friday and Saturday nights through November 13, 2021 (plus Halloween night, which is a Sunday). Hours are 8 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. Friday-Saturday, and 8 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. on Halloween. The ticket booth closes at 10 p.m. on Halloween and 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, so be sure to arrive early!
