With some of the best snow cones in Texas, this mom-and-pop hideaway offers more than 200 flavors! From fruity to chocolatey to unique concoctions you’ve never even heard of before, the sky is truly the limit.
Making your dessert dreams come true since 2010, SnowBall Hut is far from an ordinary snow cone shop. Located in the Clear Lake area of Houston, this family-owned small business offers a whopping 200 flavors of shaved ice, and more are constantly being added.
While the shop is open year-round, it's always summer when you step inside. Between the thatched umbrella tables and tropical-themed signage, you'll be ready to hang ten as soon as you walk through the door.
Upon entrance, you'll immediately notice the sheer number of syrup bottles behind the counter. Afterwards, your eyes will travel upwards to the menu board, where you'll see all the different mouthwatering concoctions you can try.
From relatively "tame" flavors such as Strawberries and Cream to more unique offerings like Creole Cream Cheese and even Dill Pickle, there are so many options, you could come back every day for almost a whole year and still have some left to try.
Specialty flavors are offered on a seasonal basis, as well. Get patriotic on Memorial Day and July 4, or try Candy Corn or Caramel Apple Pecan for a festive fall treat!
As if there weren't enough choices already, you can combine any of the flavors and add toppings such as whipped cream, hot fudge, chili lime salt, gummy bears, and more.
SnoBall hut isn't just a snow cone shop, either - they also offer many different flavors of popcorn, hand-spun cotton candy, vintage sodas, saltwater taffy, and chocolate-dipped confections.
