If you have any semblance of a sweet tooth, there’s an event coming to Texas this month with your name written all over it. An interactive art installation dedicated to ice cream, Museum of Ice Cream, will grace Austin with its presence starting August 21, featuring 12 different exhibits and all the treats your heart could possibly desire.
A limited number of tickets are on sale for the Museum of Ice Cream, a NYC-based multisensory exhibit that's making its way to Austin this month.
Slide into a pool filled with over 100 million sprinkles, traipse through a banana forest, and enter a psychedelic rainbow tunnel, all while friendly tour guides show you around and explain the meaning behind each room.

All throughout the experience, your guide will offer as many sweet treats as your heart desires.
If it's someone in your group's birthday, several packages are available with inclusions like discounted cocktails and shakes, plus goodie bags for everyone to take home.
You'll also see milkshakes (nonalcoholic and spiked) as well as specialty sundaes and craft cocktails. The café offers free admission, is open to the public, and has no limit on the amount of time you can stay.
Either visit during the day or opt for the "Night at the Museum" experience, which kicks off with a complimentary welcome cocktail.
Visit the Museum of Ice Cream website or Facebook page to learn more and/or purchase tickets.
