Most of us know about Balmorhea State Park, which houses the world’s single largest spring-fed swimming pool. A lesser-known area attraction is Lake Balmorhea, a pristine freshwater reservoir surrounded by majestic, towering mountains. Visiting this ethereal hidden gem is a bucket list summertime activity.
