Outside of work, you can likely find her curled up on with a hot cup of coffee, practicing yoga, baking, or exploring the beautiful Lone Star State (in particular, the vast and mystical West Texas desert).
Little bits and pieces of history are scattered all across Texas, including at one of the most iconic hotels in San Antonio. Hidden inside the Menger Hotel is the Menger Bar, the oldest continuously operating saloon in the state. Sit back, have a drink, and let yourself be whisked back to the days when Teddy Roosevelt recruited his Rough Riders in this very bar.
