We could all use a drink during these uncertain and chaotic times, and one Galveston restaurant is offering a deal too irresistible to pass up. You can get margaritas by the gallon at The Spot for a limited time, either plain or in an array of delicious fruity flavors. Half gallons are available, too!
With five venues in one, Island Famous is among the most popular hangout spots in Galveston. The Spot is the only onsite restaurant; the other four businesses are bars.
We may not be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink in-person right now, but there's a deal going on guaranteed to make quarantine life just a tad more bearable. The Spot is offering margaritas by the gallon in a variety of flavors — a deal only available for a limited time.
Nothing pairs better with a margarita than tacos, and you'll find plenty of them on the menu. Other entrees include seafood, burgers, salads, and sandwiches, with appetizers, sides, and dessert rounding out the meal.
The menu is currently limited, but all of the most popular items are still available. Get your meal delivered or pick it up curbside, and contact the restaurant at (409) -621-5237 with any questions.
We'll be missing these views like never before, but at least the absence will give us something to appreciate when normal life resumes. For now, at least we can sip a cold 'rita and pretend our toes are in the sand.
The Spot might have different hours during this time, so visit their website or Facebook page to learn more. Have you ever ordered a gallon-sized margarita from this popular gulfside restaurant? If so, let us know how you liked it!
