Go-karts are always fun, but even more so when the track is long enough to resemble that of a real NASCAR heat. That’s exactly what you’ll find here at Dallas Karting Complex, a recreation center that promises endless fun for the whole family.
Tucked away in the suburbs of Dallas is a family fun center revolutionizing the art of recreation. Dallas Karting Complex may not look like much from the outside, but this unassuming go-kart facility has the longest track of any other in Texas.
Clocking in at .8 miles, the track boasts 17 difficult turns guaranteed to get your heart pounding. It caters to competitive racers and newbies alike, allowing the latter to navigate the turns at their own pace.
No experience is necessary, and kids can start learning the ropes at just five years old. Private instruction from professionally-trained coaches has been proven to reduce lap times and improve technique in even the youngest of drivers.
A nighttime kart league lets die-hard fans take their passion for the sport to a whole new level. It's extremely exclusive, accepting only 30 members at a time, meaning you'll go head-to-head with some of the most skilled racers in North Texas.
If you prefer watching from the sidelines, there are plenty of comfortable seats available to make that happen. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the show, foam finger at the ready to cheer on your favorite competitor.
Be sure and check out the 10,000 square-foot shop before heading out. Gear such as slick jackets and epic helmets turns even the biggest amateurs into seasoned experts. The space can also be rented for birthdays or corporate team-building exercises, offering a nice change of pace from boring event venues.
