Outside of work, you can likely find her curled up on with a hot cup of coffee, practicing yoga, baking, or exploring the beautiful Lone Star State (in particular, the vast and mystical West Texas desert).
Finding activities the whole family will enjoy isn’t always the easiest task, so places like Dart’Em Up are truly ushering in a new era of fun. It’s the first completely indoor NERF arena in Texas, offering a variety of battle scenarios to keep all ages entertained.
Hiding in an unassuming Austin shopping center, Dart'Em Up is your new favorite kid-friendly attraction. This indoor NERF arena is fun for all ages, letting players unleash their inner child in an incredibly nostalgic way.
Two arenas accommodate up to 130 players per hour, featuring tons of obstacles to hide behind while planning your next move. The age limit is five years; eight for blacklight battles during select times throughout the week.
Players can either bring their own blaster or rent one from the extensive armory section. Several types have been banned for various reasons, so make sure to check out the Dart'Em Up website before you visit.
Once you're all geared up, it's gametime! Challenge your group to a classic NERF battle, or opt for one of several fun renditions. Capture the Flag, Humans vs. Zombies, Freeze-tag, and the ever-popular Total Chaos offer a new take on this timeless activity.
There's also an arcade to keep players occupied while awaiting their turn. Get warmed up with a game of air hockey, and those 21+ can even enjoy some wine and beer at the inhouse bar.
Don't forget to take a picture in front of the iconic dart wall before heading out! You'll cherish these memories forever, so capturing them is essential.
