Katie Lawrence is a Southeast Texas native who graduated 18th in her high school class with a GPA of 4.25. She attended college in the Houston area and began writing for OnlyInYourState in 2015.
Today, Katie writes, edits, and performs several other tasks for OnlyInYourState and has never been more passionate about a job before. Outside of work, you can likely find her curled up on with a hot cup of coffee, practicing yoga, baking, or exploring the beautiful Lone Star State (in particular, the vast and mystical West Texas desert).
There are quite a few inclusive playgrounds in Texas, and the James Driver All-Inclusive Park is one of my favorites. Located in East Aldine (Houston), this sprawling park welcomes fun-loving visitors of all ages, featuring custom swings, a sensory garden, extra wide, paved walking paths, and so much more. It’s the perfect family outing!
Have you ever visited the James Driver All-Inclusive Park? What are your favorite inclusive playgrounds in Texas? Tell us your thoughts in the comments! If you need some comfortable footwear for walking around the park, check out the many options on REI.com. And if you’re looking for a great place to stay in Houston, I highly recommend the Marriott Marquis.
