When you think of castles, Texas is probably one of the last places that comes to mind. Here in the Lone Star State, however, we have an abundance of grandiose, palace-like buildings that are simply astounding. There’s one hidden castle in particular that almost nobody in the state knows anything about — Smythwick Castle & Lodge in Marble Falls.
The castle is located at 12615 E Fm 1431, Marble Falls, TX 78654. Have you ever been to Smythwick Castle? What about any of these other castles in Texas?
