This year and next, HP fans in Texas can rejoice at the fact that we get to host LeakyCon, an annual convention celebrating The Boy Who Lived. It’s an entire weekend full of musical performances by Wizard Rock groups, panels, a marketplace with rare treasures, and celebrity guest stars from the movies. If you’re a Harry Potter lover, this is one event you don’t want to miss. Take a look:

LeakyCon is a magical Harry Potter convention put on by fan website "The Leaky Cauldron." It's been held all over the world, and our state has the proud honor of hosting it this year.

Unfortunately, the 2018 convention is sold out apart from celebrity photos and autographs, a time slot for which can be purchased here.

All hope isn’t lost, however! Next year’s tickets go on sale August 2, and they’re pretty much guaranteed to sell out quickly. If you’re serious about attending, set a reminder for early that morning to reserve your spot!
