Phil’s Icehouse in Austin ticks both of those boxes, and it’s also located next to an ice cream shop!

As far as the menu, it's exactly what you'd expect from an ice house. There are nearly a dozen different burgers to choose from, with toppings ranging from bacon to BBQ sauce to bleu cheese.
But what truly sets Phil's apart from other restaurants is that all three locations have their own private playground, so the kiddos can run around and burn off some energy while the parents relax.
Plus, all of the Phil's restaurants are strategically located next to an Amy's ice cream shop, so you can reward the kids for their *hopefully* good behavior at mealtime (and/or bribe them with the promise of a treat beforehand).
