Aptly named, The Raven Grill in Houston, Texas, is a must-visit for Edgar Allen Poe fans. Featuring a moody atmosphere, Poe-inspired artwork, and even a brunch cocktail known as the “Telltale Mary,” this hidden-gem eatery offers one of the most unique dining experiences in the city.
You're in for a dining experience like no other at The Raven Grill, located on Bissonnet Street in Houston.
Looking around the dining room, you'll notice lots of Poe-inspired artwork, from deep, contemplative paintings to actual raven statues. You just might find a book of Poe's complete works lying around somewhere!
As for the menu, there's nothing spooky about it. You simply have to start with the hand-battered onion and poblano rings. Served with spicy ranch, this unique appetizer is so crave-worthy.
Have you ever eaten at The Raven Grill? Do you think it’s one of the best restaurants in Houston? If so, we’d love to hear all about your experience in the comments! Don’t forget to check out our previous article for a nearby park that will take you a million miles away from the city.
