If you’re in search of your next date night destination or simply want to enjoy a relaxing meal, look no further than Christopher’s World Grille in Bryan. This romantic restaurant in Texas is located in a historic home and features elevated steakhouse fare with unique, globally-inspired twists.
Housed in a 100-year-old ranch house, Christopher's World Grille has been a Central Texas institution for over 20 years, and I don't see that changing any time soon. Not only is it one of the most romantic restaurants in the nation, but award-winning chef Christopher Lampo creates a dining experience that takes your taste buds on an unforgettable journey.
The ambiance is cozy and intimate, yet upscale and elegant at the same time. You'll find that conversation and laughter flow effortlessly and smiling is second nature when you enjoy a meal here.
The Christopher's House Filet is a fan favorite, topped with fried crawfish tails and béarnaise sauce on port demi glace and served atop creamed spinach and potatoes.
As for the menu, it's centered around traditional steak and seafood dishes with unique twists. But more on that in a minute - let's start with appetizers. Whether you're in the mood for a salad, baked brie, a charcuterie board, or shrimp bisque, there's something to please every palate at Christopher's.
If you prefer seafood, there are always plenty of fresh and flavorful selections. Salmon, shrimp, lobster, and crab are all on the menu, and everything is to die for.
Whatever you do, don't skip dessert. From Napoleon to sticky toffee cake to crème brûlée, the offerings are certainly distinguished, but they promise to satisfy any sweet tooth.
