The 7-Eleven lab store also boasts a full-service restaurant, Laredo Taco Company. Serving up a variety of Tex-Mex favorites like tacos and quesadillas, plus carne guisada, barbacoa, breakfast tacos, and more, this isn't your average gas station eatery.
Laredo Taco Company also has a salsa bar with fresh salsas, pico de gallo, and guacamole, and the tortillas are made fresh daily. Restaurant-style indoor and patio seating makes allows for a traditional dining experience that few other convenience stores can measure up to.
