We’ve already told you about an epic cheese store in Texas, but what if there was an entire restaurant solely dedicated to it? You’ll find exactly that at The Cheese Bar in Katy. Mac ‘n cheese, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, and so many more yummy creations are all made with every variety of cheese you could ever imagine (and some that are beyond your wildest dreams)!
Despite having only been open for a few years, The Cheese Bar has stolen the hearts of Houstonians. Its cozy, laid-back atmosphere combined with artisan cheeses and meats make the shop a dream destination for foodies.
You won't find a larger selection of cheese in this area of the city. The majority are made here in the USA, but owners Troy and Melissa Boyce could never turn their backs on the European classics.
Need a charcuterie board to make party guests think you're fancy? Stop by and get hooked up with a marvelous spread full of olives, nuts, dried fruit, jam, and bread. Just look how colorful!
Cheese boards are also available for dine-in guests. You'll be offered several different meats and cheeses that rotate depending on the season. More than 25 on-tap wine and beer selections ensure your meal will always be perfectly complemented.
Here are just a couple mouthwatering creations on the menu. Mac and cheese burger, anyone? Or perhaps a fig, goat cheese, and prosciutto sandwich is more your style.
