The kitchen, dubbed Karē Ban Ban, sits inside a quirky food truck on Ramen Tatsu-Ya's outdoor patio.

Domo Alley-Gato's signature dish is the "kitchen sink" curry. Made with 23 spices, this meal is full of flavor. Come hungry! This plate is piled high with slow-cooked shredded beef, Texas sausage, pork belly, egg, and a trio of pickles.

This isn't your ordinary hot dog. Topped with curry chili, teriyaki honey aioli, and crispy cabbage, this meal is over-the-top delicious. The panko brioche bun really takes the flavor up a level.
