Teresa Hall is said to have a permanent resident of the building, a small 12-year-old girl named Danielle. According to reports, this ghost has long black hair and wears a white dress. She approaches students asking them if they want to play. She'll sometimes appear as a quiet voice or an invisible force. Students have seen lights flicker for no reason at all, and they've felt a tightness in their chest when they enter the building.
