Der Lindenbaum was named after the gorgeous Linden Trees found in Germany. In the spring, these trees blossom with fragrant flowers. Owner Ingrid Hohmann has an ancient Linden Tree at her family home in Germany's Eiffel Mountains.
This incredible eatery began its life as a bakery specializing in strudel and black forest cake. Eventually, loyal customers started requesting other German fare. Now, you can dine here for lunch and dinner.
You don't need to fly to Germany in order to experience mouthwatering sausage and schnitzel. Ingrid Hohmann, Der Lindenbaum's head chef and owner, studied at the prestigious Hotel and Restaurant School in Germany. You can taste the authentic flavors in every single bite.
