If you’re a fan of Asian cuisine, your taste buds will thank you for visiting the Asian Night Market in Houston. Held just once every 1-2 months behind the Hong Kong 4 City Market, this street food extravaganza features homemade eats from Japan, China, Vietnam, and several other Asian and Pacific Island cultures. Everything is so delicious, you’ll have a hard time stopping before you’re stuffed!
Organized by the Vietnamese Community of Houston and Vicinities, the Chợ Đêm Houston Asian Night Market seeks to promote Asian culture in the city.
Hungry patrons from all corners of Houston descend on the mall, salivating at the thought of sinking their teeth into skewered meats hot off the grill, fresh steamed buns, homemade bubble tea, and so many other Asian delicacies.
The Hong Kong 4 City Market itself is open from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily; however, the Asian Night Market has no set hours or dates. You'll have to rely on word of mouth and the seldom-updated Facebook page to find out when the next one will be held.
