No matter where you are in Texas, great Mexican food is never far away. That being said, a handful of restaurants take it to the next level - and Arturo's Bar and Grill in Weslaco is definitely one such place.
Immediately upon entrance, you'll quickly gather that Arturo's is no run-of-the-mill Mexican eatery. The atmosphere is just upscale enough to impart a sophisticated dining experience without sacrificing the laid-back, conversational energy that fosters lasting memories.
As far as the food, you'll find a variety of Mexican dishes made with fresh ingredients and traditional flavors. The menu is a mile long, featuring everything from tacos, enchiladas, and tortas to deliciously authentic seafood and chicken dishes.
Have you ever tried steak Mexican-style? It's a game changer, and Arturo's serves it up several different ways. This plate is a center-cut tenderloin filet served with one cheese enchilada, Mexican rice, charro beans, and guacamole.
Other crowd favorites include the oven-baked Arturo's Cabrito, fajitas, chimichangas, and chiles rellenos. You'll also have several appetizers from which to choose, including ceviche, guacamole, and chile con queso.
Compliment your meal with a drink from the bar, which is fully-stocked at all times. From martinis to ice cold beer, rest-assured there's a sip to suit every palate.
Seating is available both indoors and out, so complying with social distancing guidelines has never been easier. Good thing it's always patio dining weather in the RGV!
