Also known as the arboretum, the west side boasts an extensive system of well-maintained hiking trails. Take a leisurely stroll through the enchanting woodland terrain, carving out moments to stop and listen to the tranquil sounds of nature.
Meander around a hickory bog, cypress swamp, and variety of ponds, traversing boardwalks and resting on park benches to revel in the bliss of solitude. You'll never want to leave this peaceful slice of paradise.
In addition to the breathtaking scenery, visitors can also enjoy a courtyard plaza, picnic tables, a playground, gift shop, and visitor center. With so many activities, the whole family is sure to be entertained all day long.
The gardens are open daily, and admission is free for all. If you have any questions, onsite botanists, horticulturists, and gardeners are always eager to provide their knowledge and expertise.
