Anyone else feel like the 1/2-cup serving size on ice cream is just flat out ridiculous? If you agree, Waffle Cone in Copperas Cove has something a bit more realistic: “The Dawg.” This 16-scoop sundae is loaded with your choice of over 20 flavors, plus an array of toppings and sauces. Plus, you get almost $50 back if you can finish it!

Hiding in the small town of Copperas Cove, Waffle Cone is a n unassuming ice cream shop harboring a big surprise. The ice cream is handmade in small batches each day, using only the best ingredients to ensure maximum flavor.
Inside, it's like a child's sugar-fueled dreams and the 1950s came together in perfect harmony. And can we talk about how extensive the menu is? Although we're primarily interested in one thing...
Known as "The Dawg," this monstrosity is served in nothing other than a dog bowl. It features 16 scoops of ice cream, an entire can of whipped cream, hot fudge, caramel, waffle chips, cherries, plus an assortment of candies and cookies for good measure.
There's no pressure at all; just the slow trickle of sand into the bottom of the hourglass. Each one has a different amount of time, so choose wisely...
You might find yourself suddenly feeling less brave after facing the reality of your decision. But there's no turning back now - especially because the grand prize is $100 (twice the cost of the sundae!)
Of course, there are plenty of normally portioned menu items if you don't feel like being stuffed to the gills. One or two-scoop sundaes are loaded with yummy sauces and add-ons, or opt for a hand-rolled waffle cone (they also come dipped in chocolate + rolled in six different toppings!)
Kids (and kids at heart) love Spaghetti Ice Cream, a dessert imposter of a staple weeknight dinner. Vanilla ice cream, strawberry puree, and white chocolate shavings all come together for an uncannily convincing fake.
