Johnny Cash was one of those men who seemed bigger than life itself. His legacy seems more myth more than reality, but it was all real and we were blessed to experience this man’s brilliance. We here in Tennessee have a special place in our hearts for the Man in Black; for that reason, you can find Johnny Cash’s Gravestone in Hendersonville.
To find Johnny’s final resting place, you must travel just north of Nashville to Hendersonville. The Hendersonville Memorial Gardens is a beautiful cemetery that does a fantastic job honoring the deceased.
There are two gravestones found within the gardens of Johnny Cash and June Carter. You are permitted to walk the grounds to pay your respects, and if you need help the staff is very friendly and helpful.
