The popular streaming hit, “Stranger Things” took the world by storm a few years ago, shocking all Netflix viewers with its nuanced plot and vibey atmosphere. Since its introduction in 2016, the world has risen to its celebratory occasion. Pop-ups and festivals and coffee specials have swept the nation and Nashville isn’t one to be left behind. The HQ Beercade in Nashville, Tennessee has transformed into Hawkins, Indiana for the month of October, and it’s an experience you don’t want to miss.
Headquarters Beercade in Nashville prides itself on being a vintage arcade bar, the kind that dredges up memories of late nights spent with best friends and a round of beer.
Starting October 10th, Headquarters Beercade begins, "Hawkins Arcade: A Stranger Things Halloween Experience." For three weeks, you'll have the chance to indulge in everything from a themed cocktail menu to a series of fun events.
Events, you say? Absolutely! Come to the Stranger Drag Show on October 11th, or perhaps the Stranger Things trivia night on Thursday, October 17th. From bingo to trivia to fun sips and eats, Headquarters Beercade sure knows how to throw a party all month long.
Cocktails like the bourbon-based "Eleven," garnished with mini waffles and, "The Mind Flayer," made with apple cinnamon Jameson and cranberry juice, are bound to get you in the spirit.
Will you be joining for all the Stranger Things fun this fall? Headquarters Beercade is located right outside of the limits of Nashville's downtown, making it easily accessible and perfect for an evening out. You can visit every day of the week, from 4 pm. to 3 a.m. from Monday to Thursday, and from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. from Friday to Sunday.
