Standard Proof Whiskey Co. in Nashville, Tennessee recently announced the grand opening of its first-of-its-kind local Tasting Room and beautifully designed retail space.
The 3,000 square-foot space is located on 5th Avenue North, next to the famed Woolworth on Fifth. The expansive space has been artfully designed and thoughtfully curated, room enough to host 300 visitors at full capacity.
The space is meant to be a respite from the wilds of downtown. You'll have the chance to explore a globally-minded whiskey Tasting Room, with unique infusions available for sipping.
Of course, we'd highly recommend taking your favorite bottle home! All of Standard Proof Whiskey Co's products are bottled on-site, and cocktail kits, ice cube molds, bandanas, and t-shirts are also available for purchase.
If you choose to order a tasting flight, you'll be treated to a handful of Standard Proof Whiskey Co's signature whiskey infusions like Red Eye Rye, a coffee infusion, Ginger Rye, Wildflower Rye, a honeysuckle infusion, and Emerald Rye, which boasts a minty taste. The Texas Pecan Rye has already garnered a cult following and comes highly recommended!
The Standard Proof Whiskey space highlights elements of modernity and local history throughout. You'll find the spark of a neat neon sign, the hospitality of a knowledgable 21st-century bartender balanced with historic hardwood floor, decorative fireplaces, and exposed brick walls. The building was once known and operated as the Armstrong Corset Factory,
