Parrot Mountain sits just outside of Pigeon Forge on four of the prettiest acres of Tennessee that you've ever seen. But of course, the land isn't the attraction here.
The park and garden is home to hundreds and hundreds of tropical birds, all of which you can get up close and personal with.

The path that winds through the park takes you from garden to garden. In some of the areas, you can even feed the birds nectar!

The park is home to dozens and dozens of different species of parrots and exotic birds. They even have a few endangered species!

Fall is probably the best time to visit the park - the fall colors are absolutely gorgeous.
One of the most unexpected parts about the park is the beautiful songs the birds sing. The park even advertises that many people stay and eat lunch at their deli just to listen to the birds sing a little longer.
As if the birds weren't enough, the gardens are stunningly exotic as well. There are tropical plants all over the place!
At the gift shop, you can even sign up to sponsor one of the endangered birds in the park, or you can adopt one of the more common ones to take home with you!
