There is only ONE Zorbing destination in the nation - yes, you read that right - and it's right here in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Known as the "Outdoor Gravity Park," this quirky local adventure park is well worth a trip or two.
Firstly, what is "zorbing?" Simply stated, it's a sport that entails rolling downhill in an orb of transparent plastic. The oversized and inflatable ball is usually set down a hill or a gentle slope, and there are even aqua zorbing rides that include a water element of some type.
There are dry zorbing experiences avaialble, as well as a H20GO ride that uses water to create a "waterslide-like" experiences as you tumble down the hill. Safely encased in your plastic ball of course! You can even choose a GoPro option that includes a video of your ride in action.
Bring your friends, bring your family! Outdoor Gravity Park is open every day of the week no matter the weather. You can check out videos of zorbing in action on their business Facebook page, linked below.
You can buy tickets online or you can choose a walk-in experience, though you aren't guaranteed a spot on the course. Folks ages 5 and up are able to join in the festivities.
