Finding a restaurant in Tennessee that doesn’t have a line out the door can seem to be a daunting call, and we understand that choosing the right spot to dine may also seem difficult in light of Nashville’s foodie reputation. Biscuit Love is a locally loved and lauded eatery that has expanded from its humble beginnings to one of the best-known spots to indulge in the city, and we’d recommend you don’t skip out. Get there early if you’d rather not deal with a line, and make sure you don’t forget to bring an appetite!
Biscuit Love made its debut here in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2012, when the now multi-location eatery was located in an Airstream food truck. It's first location in the Gulch expanded to three Middle Tennessee locations including downtown Franklin.
You'll find that each space is airy and light, with a menu that reflects the indulgent hot chicken dish Nashville has become known for as well as classic fried chicken and biscuits.
Expect everything from indulgent breakfast sandwiches to cups and cups of good coffee at Biscuit Love. The eatery is open daily for breakfast and lunch, and you can even order online if you'd rather not wait in line. And we can promise you: there's always a line.
Perhaps one of the best-known dishes at the restaurant is the bonuts. Made of fried biscuit dough and tossed with sugar, each delicious donut-style bite is topped with lemon mascarpone and served over blueberry compote. Each order contains five bonuts.
Go for a biscuit and sausage gravy or the famed East Nasty, a buttermilk biscuit topped with fried chicken, cheddar, and sausage gravy. Not in the mood for a biscuit? The shrimp and grits are also delicious, and the cherry on top oatmeal is truly indulgent.
Have you been to Biscuit Love? Since there are three locations you can choose the closest to you, but we'd recommend the downtown Franklin location. It's located in a historic house just off the downtown square.
