There most certainly are! As it turns out, there are lots of amazing places to see sunflowers in Tennessee, including in and around the Nashville area. One of our favorite sunflower fields in Nashville is the Menkveld Farm, in Nolensville, which is open to the public from June through October and offers up some of the most beautiful sunflowers near Nashville. We also love Red River Farms, in Springfield, which is known for its sunflower festival in July and the amazing fields of flowers you can come visit all summer and autumn long. Best of all, it’s close – only about a half hour from Nashville.

Who knew Nashville was such an excellent destination for folks who can’t get enough of the farm life? Okay... maybe a lot of people. But still, the point stands: there are plenty of farms near Nashville that you can visit which are open to the public. Check out Smyrna’s Bloomsberry Farm, which hosts Farm Fridays on – you guessed it – every Friday. It’s a family-oriented farmers market where you can get the freshest fruits, veggies, and even sometimes sunflowers! Also, be sure to do the pick-your-own experience at Kelley’s Berry Farm in Castalian Springs. Beginning in May is strawberry season, and that’s when the farm opens. You can also pick your own blueberries, raspberries, peaches, and blackberries.
