A tiny Nashville restaurant tends to be hard to come by these days, especially with bigger, New York Time’s-rated restaurants that keep stealing the spotlight over in Germantown. Though East Nashville saw a surge of growth a few years ago, the gritty neighborhood over the river has returned to its down home roots, and gave us the sweetest place to eat: Ruby Ann’s.
