One of the neatest things about Music City, USA is the enigmatic creative community that evens out the country music and corporate-focused heart of downtown. Here, we have all sorts of makers and creators that exhibit their wares at local festivals, events and flea markets, many of which who sell either online or via their incredible social media channels. Porter Flea occurs twice a year, a quirky little market that features the artists that bolster the city of Nashville with all sorts of handmade beauty LIVE and in-person, so you don’t need to go searching on the internet for a bit of local flair.

Porter Flea is one of the best artisan markets in Middle Tennessee, featuring a Summer Market event and Holiday event in the wintertime. It's a free shopping experience that features local artisans and their wares, making it easy to gift homemade and local all year 'round.
Local designers and crafters can apply for a booth license, and once approved, feature everything from jewelry to handmade art prints to home decor. Porter Flea is an incredible place to pick up gifts or to spice up your home's interior design with a bit of quirky fun.
This neat pop-up event has been happening in Nashville since July of 2011, which means its now an established part of the city's artisan makeup. Come support local businesses, see your friends and grab a treat from one of the food trucks on-site for the event.
Porter Flea has been featured by publications like Forbes Travel Guide, Southern Living, and the Nashville Scene in the years since its establishment, cementing it as an annual event that locals and tourists look forward to.
The event is open to the public for free on Saturday, June 29th from 10am to 5pm, but if you're looking for early access you can buy a ticket online for the preview market on Friday, June 28th from 6pm to 9pm. For just $25, you'll have the chance to shop before everyone else, with smaller crowds and at a more leisurely pace.
Quirky, neat and downright fun, Porter Flea will be hosting vendors like ACF Jewelry, 1767 Designs, Apple & Oak, Aviate Press and BAKERY by Frothy Monkey this summer. Pick up darling kids clothes from Bohemian Babes or indulge in something sweet from CaityPies.
