The summertime sun has us all excited to get outside to hang out with our friends, family, and a pretty river every now and again. Middle Tennessee is home to quite a few outdoorsy folks, so you may want to do your granola eatin’ friends a favor and read on. Your best summer is ahead – and right here in Nashville. Also serving the Harpeth River west of Nashville, Tip-A-Canoe offers longer trips down the Harpeth than most of the other companies in the area, making this a go-to for those looking for a good long float. Be sure to show up early as lines can be long.

Foggy Bottom Canoeing is located just half an hour outside of Nashville in Kingston Springs and features the historic Harpeth River. Canoe prices are all under $40 per canoe, and the price varies depending on the length of the trip.
