The restaurant is still fairly new, and its location on the east side of the city means that this airy dining spot has a few competitors in the vicinity, but we have a feeling that a single meal is going to have you hooked. Noble's has both indoor and outdoor seating on-site, and it's become a gathering spot for folks looking to enjoy a drink with friends or take a long lunch break. With craft cocktails and craft beers on the menu, there's bound to be a perfect pairing for your lunchtime entree.
The restaurant focuses on classic BBQ fare with a twist, from brisket queso pork rinds and smoked trout dip to the ever-indulgent "tot-chos," tater tots topped with queso, bacon, jalapenos, and both sour cream AND salsa.
House smoked meats include everything from a whole smoked chicken to pulled pork and baby back ribs. Switch it up with smoked salmon if you're looking for a fun twist.
Noble's has plenty of seating great for the entire year, so you can choose to indulge on the covered patio or perhaps inside in the dining room. Since the eatery is open late, you can order up until 1 a.m. after partying down on Broadway.
The late night menu is available in 21+ upstairs lounge known as "The Break Room." Order an app of loaded tots and round out your hunger with smoked bologna sliders and a six-pack of beer to go. That's right - you can order beer to take home with you!
