Here in Nashville, we have some of the best restaurants in the country, and we love eating at them. It’s no surprise, then, that new restaurants pop up all over the city just waiting for all of us to visit and eat their delicious food. Just in 2018 alone, there have been dozens that have opened across the city. We’ve found a few of them and put them in this list, and you simply have to try all of them.

Saltine is Nashville's newest seafood restaurant, occupying the space of the old Blackstone Brewery restaurant on West End. Saltine is known for their oysters, but if you're not in to that, the burgers are pretty incredible, too (1918 West End Ave).

Another new restaurant in a familiar location, Sunda is in the old space of Cantina Laredo in the Gulch. Sunda serves up Asian-American fusion food, and the best time to go is during their weekday happy hour from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. where they have drink and food specials for $6 (592 12th Avenue South).

Geist has been one of the hottest restaurants of the year ever since it opened in March. The restaurant is in and 118-year-old building that used to be a blacksmith shop in Germantown. If it's nice out, sit out in the Champagne Garden (311 Jefferson Street).
