Nashville has definitely hit the national radar when it comes to a city “cool” factor, and we’ve managed to make top ten lists all over the US from best city scene to best restaurants. Don’t get us wrong – we’re proud of all the recent fanfare. At our heart, however, we’re a small town with small town values and a whole lot of love for the unknown parts of our city. Here are seven tiny adventures you can take in Nashville, where tourists are few and far between.
Olive & Sinclair is a wildly popular Nashville-based chocolate hot spot, and they offer $5 tours on the weekend. It's a great way to experience a local business and learn about your favorite food - obviously it's chocolate - at the same time.
Fat Bottom Brewing is one of our favorite local spots to experience with friends and family, and you can visit every Friday and Saturday. You may not want to go every time, every week? But hey. We aren't here to judge. The beer is good and the people are kind, so take advantage of the opportunity while it presents itself, Nashville.
