This Nashville Diner Has Some Of The Best Breakfast Plates In The Entire City
When it comes to diner food in Tennessee, we don’t mess around. You’ll find greasy spoons tucked away in the tiniest of towns, truck stops with great specials and dark coffee and contemporary diner eateries popping up in our biggest cities. If it’s comfort food, it’s southern food, that’s what we like to say, and Nashville’s Fenwick’s 300 is one of our favorite spots to indulge when we’re in Music City.

Fenwick's 300 has long been considered a local favorite by visiting Millennials, but just recently it seems folks who hail from the city itself have begun to recognize the delicious eats available on the daily for breakfast and lunch.

Fenwick's is a part of the bustling Melrose neighborhood, a comfy, cozy place to slow down and eat big. It's where family and friends laugh over coffee and plates piled with food, a space that exudes the friendly joy of Nashville and hones the craft of diner fare.

If you haven't had the corned beef hash we'd highly recommend it, for its deliciously salty finish and perfectly spiced flavor. It's easy to share, too, whether you're sitting at one of the nine large booths, the community tables or the expansive bar.

Fenwick's is as unique a restaurant as the neighborhood it's located in, an idea that owners Bob Bernstein and Derek Wolfe have tried to promote from the restaurant's inception.

Locally roasted Bongo Java is served behind the counter, and you can order a magnificently crafted latte or a regular cup of joe while supporting a local company.

Breakfast and lunch are served here daily, and we're big fans of the bacon, egg and fried rice bowl. The beignets are great if you're ordering for the table, and we'll never get over the crispy-crunchy beauty of the breakfast tacos.

You can visit for yourself at 2600 8th Ave S #103 in Nashville, Tennessee from 7am to 2pm every day of the week.
If updated diner fare isn’t your favorite, then make sure to check out this all-you-can-eat Mexican food buffet in the heart of the city.
