When it comes to dining in Nashville, there’s no shortage of honkytonk-esque eateries and high minded dining experiences throughout the city. There is, however, only one answer if you’re looking for dinner AND and view, and that would be the ever-brilliant Ellington’s. Located in the heart of the city, there’s nothing quite like this beautifully designed and local restaurant. Learn more about Ellington’s below, and perhaps make a reservation for yourself.
You can visit the Ellington's Mid Way Bar & Grill, known by locals simply as Ellington's, in the Fairlane Hotel. Located in the midst of the Nashville Arts District, the location makes it more than easy to grab a bite to eat before heading to the Ryman or Bridgestone.
The interior is simply marvelous. Long lines and elevated furniture choices make the nostalgic eatery a bit more sophisticated than your usual Friday night small town dining spot.
The menu is rife with classic American eats with a strong seafood focus. It's not often you get such a great dining experience with beer-battered onion rings available as a side on the same menu as beef tenderloin or Norwegian salmon. There's a little something for everyone!
