Downtown Nashville is certainly the hub of the city’s tourism, which has been booming (for those of you who live under a rock), so it’s no surprise that there are new hotels and restaurants opening downtown nearly every month. One of the newest is the Fairlane Hotel, located on Union Street right in the heart of it all. The hotel is already known for its retro-modern flair, and its newest restaurant is no different. Ellington’s Mid Way Bar & Grill looks like it’s straight out of the mid-century, and if pretending you are in Mad Men isn’t enough of a reason to go, the food is pretty incredible too. Check it out!
The Fairlane Hotel in downtown Nashville is not a new addition to the skyline, but it is a new spot to stay. The hotel opened in 2018 in an old bank office building.
Located in the 400 block on Union Street, this spot is right in the heart of downtown. At most, it's a mile to walk anywhere downtown, making this the perfect place to stay.
You can dine inside, or if you want a little more fresh air, you can dine on the terrace outside. This is a great option because the views are absolutely incredible.
