Liz's Kitchen is located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, a family owned and operated eatery that serves up classic American and barbecue dishes to a tight-knit community.
Open since 2010, this local hot spot does a great job providing a homey space for a meat 'n three meal with all of the affordable quality and none of the hefty expense.

Liz Darden, the owner and namesake, serves "Food 4 the Soul", which means this breakfast and lunch eatery makes sure every side and each main course is made fresh and delicious. After all, southern meals are known just as much for the heart and hard work behind them.
Liz herself is a facet of local society, having been in the business of good southern food for three decades. Liz's serves up your meat and three cafeteria style, but there's also a breakfast and lunch menu if you'd rather expand your meal beyond the casual fried chicken and catfish.
This is a family affair. These Tennesseans are proud of where they're from and what they're serving! You can visit from 7am to 2pm Monday through Thursday, until 8pm on Fridays, and from 11am to 2:30pm on Sundays. Keep in mind, Liz's isn't open on Saturdays!
