On a normal day, most folks aren’t seeking out a steakhouse when it comes to a pancake-heavy brunch. They’re most likely headed downtown to a kitschy breakfast spot that serves up watery mimosas and thin flapjacks, and STK Nashville noticed the gap. Just recently, this famously indulgent upscale eatery in the heart of Nashville introduced a brunch menu, and it just might be the best in the city. That, of course, is saying a lot. But we stand by it. Check out STK Nashville below, and maybe mark your calendars for a brunch of your own. Once you see those buttermilk pancakes, we have a feeling you won’t want to wait.
Most folks know STK Steakhouse for its decadent, meat-centric menu, but the famed steakhouse just introduced a brunch menu. Located in the Gulch, it's easy to get to a blissfully close to the hustle and bustle of downtown.
Just like everything else on the menu, STK Nashville goes above and beyond when it comes to thoroughly indulgent menu items. Whether you're looking for the Millennial favorite - avocado toast, of course - or perhaps a savory plate of eggs benedict, you can be sure it's on the menu. The brunch menu even pays an homage to its Nashville location with a plate of hot chicken and waffles.
It's that buttermilk pancake tower that really takes the prize, though. It's found on the, "For the 'Gram" section of the menu, along with seafood platters and waffles, and is sliced up table side. That seasonal fruit compote is wildly delicious, and the entire masterpiece is topped with berries and whipped cream as well. Yum!
Brunch entrees like an egg white frittata and brioche French toast round out the menu. If you're feeling like a savory dish like truffle steak and egg is more your style? Then be assured, crispy potatoes come on the side. Yum!
