The bright and airy shop is owned and operated by both chefs and butchers, each highly experienced in their field. Bare Bones Butcher takes a lot of pride in their high-quality meats, and for good reason.

There's a small grocery on site as well, if you're looking for the final touches to make your meal complete. Everything from olive oil to crackers, vinegar and canned tomatoes are available for your dinnertime needs.
Of course, sometimes you don't want to do the cooking. Bare Bones has a limited menu that shows off the delicious meats available for take-home, including "dat poboy," made with braised beef rib on a hoagie bun, and a "pick-a-sausage" option.
Of course, it's the cheeseburger that has our hearts. Made with two meat patties, American cheese, pickles, mayo and mustard, it really doesn't get any better. This is classic Americana in the most unlikely of places. Make sure you order a side of beef fat fried potatoes, too! Made with Yukon golds with garlic mayo on the side, it's a true treat.
If you haven't been to Bare Bones, that should mostly likely be remedied as soon as possible. You can visit for yourself from 10am to 7pm Wednesday to Saturday, and from 9am to 3pm on Sundays.
