Arcades may feel like a form of entertainment from the past, but here in Nashville the fun and excitement of the 20th century is kept alive at the highly contemporary and fun Headquarters Beercade, known as HQ Beercade. Located just outside of the heart of downtown, it’s a great spot for locals and tourists alike to visit if they’re looking for a bit of old school fun with a unique twist. Visit for yourself, fall in love, and bring your friends. HQ Beercade is not the kind of place you visit once – it’s an absolute repeat.
HQ Nashville is a derivative of Chicago's highly popular beercade, and the nostalgic space is chock full of craft beer, free arcade games and a bar-food-friendly menu that's great for a night out on the town.
The HQ Beercade motto is quite literally lit in neon: "Don't grow up, it's a trap." It's a motto, a lifestyle, the rallying cry of all who visit this unique step back in time.
Inside, you'll find 30 vintage arcade games, a handful of pinball machines, a rotating number of craft beers on draft, craft cocktails and inventive food menus. With two floors and 6,500 square feet of space, it's a great spot for private events as well.
Keep an eye out for pop-ups and events at the arcade, too. HQ Nashville has been known to throw a killer Stranger Things party, and with inventive cocktails and dining options to boot, you'll never want to leave.
Come visit for yourself from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m. from Monday to Thursday, and from noon to 3 a.m. from Friday to Sunday. There's no need to grow up, Nashville. Just head to the arcade!
