Carmel, Tennessee, Backwoods Burger Bar has some massive and tasty concoctions just waiting to be devoured… that is, if you can take a bite!
Once upon a time (okay, in 2018), the smoke started rolling and the wheels started turning in a quiet little town in Tennessee.
A flavor started to arise as the owners put their minds to their passions. Some would call it an accident; others would say it was all meant to be. Either way, you don’t just stumble onto food this good. Thus, Backwoods Burger Bar was born to bring forth a myriad of burgers to feed the growling stomachs in Tennessee.
Inside this restaurant, you will find a laid-back environment and a great place to relax and have a good time. This downtown Kingsport location is the perfect setting to feast on epic burgers.
This mighty mound of meat is what started it all. It is called The Backwoods and is packed with American cheese, a beef patty, heaps of BBQ pulled pork, and slaw. Still hungry? Add an extra patty and make what they call a Beast!
The Mac N Burger is the choice for you. Take a perfectly good burger and then douse it with creamy mac and cheese then sprinkle bacon crumble for one more added touch of taste. This match made in heaven is the best of both worlds…
…speaking of which, if you like chicken and you like beef and simply can’t decide between the two, then mix them together and order the Mother Clucker.
This behemoth burger meshes two American classics into one massive culinary creation. Add a heaping of sprinkled cheese, bacon, and lettuce, then top the whole thing with a secret sauce -- now this is what we call a burger!
